Stage 1
Consultation
Free client consultation lasting on average 1 to 2 hours maximum
To assess client requirements and/or needs
Assessment
Client review and evaluation lasting on average 2 to 3 hours maximum to assess client needs and/or requirements
Work Sheet
Devise initial solutions average 1 to 4 hours as required to find necessary trusted contacts if required and proceed to initiating or creating a work sheet
Stage 2
Works Order
Works sheet produced and client requirement assessed.
One week max before email client our Works Order Outlining the initiatives specifications of the project//
Project Initiation
Meet with client, providing recommendations and discussions leading up to our client agreed, signed SLA and provide 50% deposit or commission fee Whatever applicable
Project Assignment
Assign project manager commence work and liaise with client ongoing until requirements are complete.
Regular assessment and evaluations of project requirements
Stage 3
Completion
Complete project in predicted timeline / Final consultation with client /fallowed by invoice for remaining payments

Project Handover
Payment received release necessary information passwords and other important details for handover to client of completed project
Client satisfaction
Contact client once job is complete, to create a follow-up/ To insure client is satisfied with the work completed and if requires any further assistance is required
