Service Description

You will be required to photograph every meal, snack and drink over five days for analysis. We will identify areas in your diet that need improving and work with you to devise a seven-day healthy eating plan along with recipes based on the foods you enjoy. We also offer short one day workshops, 12 week group programmes and online coaching with telephone/email/video support. Clients with specific dietary requirements will need to be referred to one of FIVE HUBS or FH trusted contacts as this would be outside TD remit. Services & Fees Nutritional Advice - Introductory fee £59 includes food analysis and a seven-day healthy eating plan. Nutritional Coaching & Support 12 weeks includes free consultation and continued support through video/email or telephone. Healthy eating plans and general physical activity advice to support weight loss £299 or monthly subscription of £24.91 Healthy Eating Group Workshops/club £25 per month. Meet up once a week - minimum 8 people - 12 week programme includes food preparation and cookery sessions. One off workshops £10 minimum of 8 people £80.
